2. Submit your application.
3. Purchase  the home via a land contract
4. Contract terms of 18 months to 3 years
5. At the end of your contract term, you either:     

•   Use our preferred lender to refinance the property in your own name or
  choose your own lender
•  Sell your home and keep the appreciation of your investment

How do you benefit:
